Encrypting text with one version may not decrypt correctly with a different version.
- 0.00.0001 ( 4/07/2016)
First version, converts all characters, including control characters.
As some fonts and browsers don't display all characters above 126, some characters above 126 will not be displayed.
When converting back, some of the non displayed characters, will be incorrectly converted.
Also copy and paste dose not work correctly with some characters above 126 with some browsers.
- 0.00.0002 (10/07/2016)
If password='', then '?' is used as the password.
Control characters are not converted.
Any character that will converted to a control character is not converted.
(Characters 0 to 31 and 127)
This version will still encrypt/decrypt characters above character 127.
Characters above 127 will not copy and/or paste into/from some text editors, such as Notepad.
You can copy and/or paste characters above 127 using some word processors, such as;
- Microsoft Word.
- Microsoft WordPad.
